About Entrada at Snow Canyon
Entrada at Snow Canyon is a gated, master-planned golf community on the northwest side of St. George, near the boundary with Ivins and a short drive from Snow Canyon State Park. The Entrada Property Owners Association describes it as an 800-acre community set among ancient lava flows, sandstone cliffs, and desert arroyos. Homes range from custom estates to villas, many designed to blend with the desert setting.
The Golf Course and Club
The centerpiece is Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club, which opened in 1996 with an 18-hole course designed by Johnny Miller. Architect David McLay Kidd led a complete renovation that reopened in April 2022, and Golf Digest named it a Best Transformation winner that year. The club describes itself as the only private country club in St. George and is managed under the Troon Privé program.
According to the property owners association, every Entrada homeowner must hold a club membership. The associate membership includes the clubhouse, restaurant, and Sports and Wellness Center, with pools and spa, a gym, fitness classes, and tennis and pickleball courts. Playing the golf course, range, and practice greens is reserved for equity members, which are sold separately by the club based on availability. The Inn at Entrada and Rentals
The Inn at Entrada operates duplex homes inside the community that are specifically zoned for nightly rentals. Outside of that, rental rules are governed by the association's documents, so buyers with rental plans should review the CC&Rs carefully before writing an offer.

Snow Canyon State Park, with its petrified dunes, lava tubes, and the paved Whiptail Trail, is minutes away (the park charges a day-use fee). Tuacahn Center for the Arts and the trail systems around Ivins and Kayenta are also close, and Zion National Park is an easy day trip.
Schools and Access
Entrada is in the Washington County School District; confirm current assignments for a specific address. Snow Canyon Parkway and Sunset Boulevard connect the community to Bluff Street, I-15, and the shopping districts of St. George.

- Whether you want golf privileges (equity membership)
