Find the Right Neighborhood in St. George, Washington, Hurricane, Ivins, Santa Clara & La Verkin
Southern Utah's neighborhoods are remarkably different from one another: historic streets in downtown St. George, trail-side communities on the red bluffs, golf communities above Snow Canyon, established golf neighborhoods in Washington City, large master plans like Coral Canyon, Hurricane communities built around Sky Mountain, Copper Rock, and Sand Hollow, the arts village and red-rock foothills of Ivins, the pioneer streets and hillside neighborhoods of Santa Clara, and the small-town bench of La Verkin on the road to Zion, and the pioneer town of Toquerville on Ash Creek. Each guide covers location, character, recreation, HOA notes, and what to check before you buy.
